You were hired for your
judgement. Not the work around it.

A lot of your week can still go to:

  • Research and readingMeeting preparation
  • Organizing notesComparing options
  • First draftsDocumentationRepetitive follow-up

Some of that work is necessary. Some of it may no longer need as much of your time.

You may already use AI. The next question is which parts of your work it should change.

Using AI and changing how you work are different steps.Read moreShow less

Writing an email faster or summarizing a meeting helps with a task. You can also look at the searching, checking and follow-up around it.

What can AI take on now, and where is your time more valuable?
How do I know what my employer allows?

AI can take on more of the preparation.
You still own the work.

AI can prepare.
You judge.
AI can explore.
You decide.
AI can draft.
You put your name on it.

AI can support your strengths. Faster work isn't better if quality drops.

100+hours returned

In public-health work, I helped introduce AI into an environment where quality, privacy and accountability mattered. We started with work the team already understood, tested AI on actual workload, reviewed where it helped and kept human judgement where context and quality mattered.

The resulting approach returned more than 100 hours of manual effort to the team. Afterward, team members started spotting and testing new AI uses on their own.

Start with the work you already do.

Questions professionals ask.

How do I know what my employer allows?

We test the work against your standards and your employer’s rules, so you learn what information is safe to use. If the rules are unclear, we work out what to ask before you try anything.

Will AI-assisted work put my reputation at risk?

It can, if work goes out without enough review. We build a simple review step, so nothing carries your name until you’ve checked it.

I’m busy. How much time does this take?

You use your 1:1 support hours when you need them, within 2 to 6 months depending on the plan. We work on tasks you already need to do.

Can my employer pay for this?

You get a detailed invoice and receipt. You can ask your employer to cover it through a professional development budget. Whether they agree is up to them.

Do I have to pick one AI tool?

No. We choose tools after we understand the work and what your employer allows. I'll help you build an approach you can adjust yourself and use with other tools.

Do I need AI experience?

No. Your field knowledge is the starting point.
